Canon Point: Last 10 minutes of "Broken Arrow" during her fight against Ra's al Ghul (she was just stabbed and is grabbed when she crashes through the coffee table).
Appearance: To the untrained eye Thea Queen looks like she could be a college co-ed, a very well dressed one at times. But in reality she's just an average brunette with hazel eyes in her early 20s who just happens to be in amazing shape. She's got a few scars from various scrapes over the years ranging from a few fights to minor archery accidents as a kid. Expect this time she's got a pretty nasty looking set of wounds from just being stabbed.
History: In the course of three seasons Thea Queen has gone from bratty teenager with anger issues to a mature young woman taking up the reins as a hero. But she's had plenty of trials along the way from the fact Oliver was missing for 5 years to the death of her mother to finding out Malcolm Merlyn is her true father. She's also served a community service stint after the events of "Vertigo" and eventually finds love in Roy Harper (which only started post him stealing her purse) along with facing her demons. Over the 3 seasons to date she's also discovered Oliver's double life as the Arrow and they were starting to regain the once tight bond they had as brother and sister. She's also taken over Verdant, making it thrive in the process. But as she's found moments of happiness she's also faced pain not only from Malcolm Merlyn and the summer she spent training with him to the fact she killed Sara Lance while brainwashed (something she discovers later on leading to an emotional downward spiral which she comes out of after at least one attempt at getting herself killed). But things came to a head in "Broken Arrow" when Ra's Al Ghul invaded her apartment and stabbed her in the chest while fighting her, sending her crashing through a glass coffee table in the process.
This is when the camera clicks and grabs the woman who eventually becomes Speedy less than a month later. She promptly passes out from the blood loss.
Previous Game History, IF APPLICABLE: NA
Personality: If she was being honest Thea would admit she was a total brat in the 5 years Oliver was on the island. But before that she had been a classic good girl with a loving family and plenty of friends. She did change during that 5 year period, quickly becoming reckless and embracing everything crazy from ditching class to much darker things. She also took to booze and occasional pills to drown her pain, quickly becoming bitter when Oliver does return. But over the 3 seasons to date she's grown up emotionally and has become a mature young businesswoman in a happy and stable (well given that Roy is also Arsenal) relationship while facing down her inner demons in the process. She loves deeply, is very loyal to her family and the handful she can trust (after being hurt a few too many times, most recently being betrayed by Malcolm Merlyn when he brainwashed her into killing Sara Lance) and has been clean for almost 2 years (something she's quite proud of). Sure she's still got an occasional moment of impulsive thinking and is still a little reckless (after all she's only 20), but Thea Queen has become a fighter and a woman that nobody would have seen just 3 years ago.
Once she wakes up from the stabbing/gooing combo she'll also live in fear of having a relapse (due to her injuries) while trying to understand a place very much not the world that is Starling City. Add in not having the people she loves around and cue a somewhat darker and rawer Thea. But once she can trust someone she'll quickly bloom into that confident and brave young woman she's always been, its just been hidden until recently.
Special facts/special abilities about your character:
Skilled archer: Thea's been into archery since childhood (mostly as a hobby) but after her time away she's at expert levels (and could give Oliver a decent fight in a shooting contest if they ever had one).
Various forms of martial arts and swordfighting: gained during her time away from Starling City.
Sky high pain tolerance: but in the end she's still human.
History of addiction (stemming from her storylines to date): In the past Thea's been known to drink and pop pills. She's now been clean for close to two years and one of her biggest fears is having a relapse (something being stabbed could easily trigger if she's not careful).
Thea's also picked up various random skills ranging from free running to toxicology over the last few years.
What is arriving with your character? Wallet (with ID, photos of her with Oliver, Roy and various members of Team Arrow and about 200 dollars), silver necklace (personal meaning), clothes on her back and archery gear

(Thea had spent the last couple of days basically asleep, mostly to recover from basically being beaten to a pulp plus stabbed. But when she woke up long enough to use the bathroom she finally got the courage to try out the Farnsworth device. When she gets it turned on the image will show a pale and still in recovery from recent injury young woman in her early 20s dressed like your typical college co-ed. And if she's being totally honest, she really does need some more sleep.)
Sorry for not saying hello sooner but its been a strange and long couple of days. But I'm Thea and well getting grabbed by whatever that was while falling through a coffee table post being stabbed sure takes the cake right? The doctors say I should be better in a few more days beyond recovering from the stabbing, at least emotionally.
(Which Thea knows is a total understatement given the nightmares. She keeps reliving the moment the sword slipped into her chest among other things.)
But I have to ask: anyone know of Oliver Queen? He's family.
I think I'll just go back to bed...
